1 Pound Lean Ground Lamb
1/2 Pound Mild Sausage
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
3 Tbsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Shaved Asiago Cheese
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme
1/2 Pound Ground Sirloin
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs


1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients by hand until well combined.
2. Form mixture into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.
3. Cover with saran wrap, then foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.


* Be careful of steam when removing foil and saran wrap.
* If you prefer not to use saran wrap, spray the inside of the foil before covering and baking.
* For extra moisture, top loaf with sliced tomatoes and your favorite tomato sauce before baking.
